Aligned with federal and New York laws and regulations, including but not limited to the United States Small Business Administration policies and New York State Humam Rights Law, Castner Incorporated does not discriminate against any employee, or applicant for employment, in the hiring, retention, or promotion of employees, nor in determining their rank, or the compensation or fringe benefits paid them, or tolerate discrimination, harassment, or a continued pattern of unwelcome behavior from anyone in the workplace, based on a protected class as defined by federal and New York law and contained in the “Definitions” below.

“Protected Class” means a protected class as defined by relevant and current federal and New York laws, rules, and regulations: race, color, sincerely held practice of religion, creed, sex, age, disability, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military status, predisposing genetic characteristics, familial status, marital status, status as a victim of domestic violence, citizenship or immigration status, reproductive health decision making, height, weight, or arrest record or conviction record, to the extent protected by applicable law, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
